I ran another three-miler today, making this a back-to-back workout week. I was not going allow myself to drop below two runs a week, so I braved the negative temperature and made it to the gym.
It was pretty uneventful, but now a 30 minute runs feels long and I am going to have to work my way back up to where I was before Thanksgiving. The good news is that I know I can do it since I did it before, and the better news is that I still lost 2.4 pounds this week even though I did not get three runs in AND I had my company holiday party on Friday night!
