Check In

I'm checking in with good effort towards the goal. 31 minutes on the elliptical in the hotel fitness center yesterday plus a 25 minute walk from the hotel to the office. 

Today I only included the 25 minute walk from hotel to office. Close. I may do five minutes of room walking, but skipped the fitness center because I have a low grade fever. I still consider it a great effort for feeling under the weather, though, and hope to feel better in the morning!

Onward to Day 5!
