I am starting with a baby step: 30 minutes of intentional movement per day. Nothing more rigid than that. Yesterday it was 30 minutes on the elliptical in the hotel fitness center, and today it was 32 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the rowing machine in the hotel
Fitness center. I have no excuses for the next five days since I have the fitness center just three floors below me, and then on to home and finding creative ways to get it into my schedule there.
After this habit is solid, I will move on to the next one. One thing at a time to turn the momentum in the right direction again and move closer to my goals!
